Blended Learning

As our social structure is ever-changing, so too is our platform.  For several years we were totally onsite with our programming.  However, technological advances are allowing us to alter this paradigm.   In our desire to more effectively service the eclectic nature of requests for our programs, on-site or blended learning platforms are now available.  Blended learning will allow participant programming to take place online as well as on-site; however, due to COVID 19 pandemic, regular on-site programming shall be provided via Webinars and other Interactive resources.   The use of a variety of technological resources allows this process to be seamless.  Some of the Web 2.0 tools that enhance blended learning include Blendspace, Edpuzzle, and Padlet. Another resource that will be used in the participation and/or delivery of information is virtual reality (VR).

Through the use of blended learning, participants learn in part through synchronous and asynchronous instructions as well as to have an element of control over where, when, and how they work online.
